The Itoo Society bylaws (click button to access) were approved by the Board of Directors in July 2023 and approved by the membership in meetings held in March and May of 2024.  A corrected version of the approved bylaws, based on minutes taken at the May 2024 membership meeting, was published on November 11, 2025.
